SCI Itàlia organitza l’intercanvi juvenil ‘Digital Action for Youth Engagement’ del 18 al 27 de juliol a Roma! Busquem una group lider i quatre voluntàries

Per participar d’un intercanvi juvenil o una formació internacional cal que et facis sòcia de l’SCI Catalunya. Les despeses del transport i l’allotjament corren a càrrec del projecte.

Participa en l’intercanvi juvenil ‘Digital Action for Youth Engagement!’, que tindrà lloc a Roma, Itàlia, del 18 al 27 de juliol del 2023. Busquem una persona coordinadora de més de 18 anys, que s’encarregarà de coordinar el grup, i 4 participants d’entre 18 i 25 anys. ABOUT THE PROJECT
Project’s aim is to develop the personal and professional competences of young people and build on their skills, practices and attitudes within global issues and digital communication. To achieve its general objective, the project has the following specific objectives:
– To catch the attention of and boost the awareness about the world and different global issues including the SDGs among young Europeans.
– To engage and empower young participants to become active citizens by working with diverse global issues of their own choices.
– To develop the skills of young participants within non-formal and informal education tools focusing on storytelling and journalistic writing
– To develop the skills and attitudes of young participants within media and communication including critical thinking towards social media
– To reach a target beyond the participants and partners through publication of the project outcomes (videos, articles) through personal media platforms and public publications.

PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS
– Be between 18 and 25 years old
– Has the interest, motivation, and willingness to follow the project from its beginning to its end
– Be able to communicate in English (the working language of the exchange)
– Having a positive and proactive attitude
– Be tolerant, and open minded (we are following vegetarian diet, and we will live in a basic accommodation in which we share rooms (but wonderful)
– Team player
– Willing to contribute to the community living
– Being resident in one of the association’s countries

ACTIVITY DAYS
1) In person Youth Exchange in Rome: 18-27th July 2023 (18th July arrival day – 27th July departure)
2) Social media campaign: September – October 2023
3) Follow-up workshop October – December 2023
