T’agradaria col·laborar amb projectes transformadors a les Filipines aquest estiu? T’interessa l’art i la cultura, o més aviat l’educació? Et motiva estar amb voluntaris de tot el món? Si és que sí, aquesta és la teva!

Tenim tres camps de treball de curta durada a diverses zones de Filipines amb places disponibles per aquest estiu 2018. La durada dels camps que t’oferim és de 13 dies al juliol o a l’agost.

Com que es tracta de camps al sud, l’edat mínima per participar-hi és de 20 anys i cal tenir certa experiencia prèvia en l’àmbit del voluntariat. També es requereix una formació prèvia específica per a camps d’aquesta tipologia. World Heritage Volunteer in Vigan

Camp code: PH-IGE 12.1

Dates: 15 Jul – 28 Jul 2018

Topic: 12. Art, culture and local history

Type of work: The volunteers will be helping in the organizing of the 1st National Heritage Youth Summit to gather around 400 youth leaders all over the Philippines. Volunteers will be hosting, facilitating and managing several activities together with the local volunteers. Furthermore, there are interactive activities that are planned for this celebration.

Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Education

Camp code: PH.IGE 7.1

Dates: 5 Aug –  18 Aug 2018

Topic: 7. Children and youth

Type of work: The volunteers will implement the WASH module already developed where suggested activities and key learnings are provided. WASH Education module utilizes participatory activities that are fun, creative and enjoyable for children age between 4-6 years old. Optimizing non-formal education strategies, the module allows integration of intercultural learning by introducing various activities and games for children to stimulate their imaginations and learn more about the international participant’s cultures and traditions.
International Workcampers will implement several activities each day in a rotating basis. Each day, international and local workcampers will discuss strategies and activities each day as well as evaluating each day.
